Every day, people all over the world are traveling. Some are trying to figure out where to eat, what to see, where to shop, are wondering about the local modes of transportation, and on and on and on. The goal of my site is to share with you some of the places my wife and I have been, and if you do visit those locales maybe the experience we’ve had will enhance your trip and even inspire.

The idea of this site gradually formed over time, as more and more friends, relatives, and acquaintances had questions about our trips and wanted suggestions when they traveled. Some trips are cityscapes filled with museums, busy cobblestone alleyways, and cafes. Others are lazy island adventures where the beach and relaxation take center stage.

Why the name Mobius? Mobius is a mathematical structure that has only one surface but looks like two – like a ribbon twisting on itself. Like the mobius strip, two travelers are really one unit who experience things together but they can also be changed and in different ways. My wife and I have loved every place we have been – sometimes each for a different reason. Two people. One trip. A Travel Mobius.
